I bought some very good software once from Biromsoft, Biromsoft TO-DO
LIST. I was impressed with it. I use it on my personal PC and it helps me to
keep up with various updates and deadlines here at home and those relative to my
web pages. Based upon this experience, I bought another Biromsoft product:
Biromsoft Bills. I never could get it to work. And, even though I think the
company made at least one good product, their customer service is nonexistent.
They got my money. I got no support and not even a response. Here are my emails
about the problem:

I was impressed enough with the to-do list that I
went ahead and bought BILLS, although there is some overlap in what I was
looking for from both programs...
Anyway, I just launched Bills for the first time
after download and cannot get it to run properly. It is in the start menu and
launches first but before you can access the program a windows dialog box pops
up and says CANNOT FIND THE SPECIFIED FILE. MAKE SURE THE PATH AND
FILENAME ARE CORRECT. And this same box then replicates itself all over the
screen...
Any ideas ?
